Speculation on a Nullified Performance

Speculation on a Nullified performance was premiered during Dark Night July 2020 (Dog Rocks Batesford screenings and group show). It shown during livestreamed events (Dark Night Movie Sessions Sat 25 and Sun 26 July 2020) by the Creative Occupation Group, curated by Marita Batna.

The work was included in the group exhibition Unseen, 2-30 July 2021, Alfred Deakin Prime Ministerial Library Gallery, Deakin Geelong Waterfront Geelong.

The exhibition of the project Creative Occupation invites visitors to ‘see the Unseen Island’ – the small and little-known Island of South Channel Fort, – concluding the project that ran from 2018 through to 2021. The exhibitors of the exhibition are members of the Creative Occupation collective that has grown stronger through the project and continues to operate.
